From Hammonasset Beach State Park, exit the park and turn left onto State Route 1 (Boston Post Rd). Continue on Route 1 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 27. Turn right onto Route 27 and follow it for about 15 miles. Continue straight onto Main Rd (Cutchogue) for about 3 miles. Pellegrini Vineyards will be on your left at 23005 Main Rd, Cutchogue, NY 11935.

From Hammonasset Beach State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop on State Route 1 (Boston Post Rd). Take the Suffolk County Transit Bus (S92) towards Riverhead. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the stop near Route 27 (Cutchogue area). From there, you will need to use a rideshare service or taxi to cover the remaining 3 miles to Pellegrini Vineyards at 23005 Main Rd, Cutchogue, NY 11935.
