If you're already in Downtown Hartford, Corning Fountain is easily accessible by foot. Start at the Hartford State Capitol located at 210 Capitol Ave, Hartford, CT 06106. From there, walk down Capitol Ave toward Main St. When you reach Main St, turn right and walk south. Continue on Main St until you reach the intersection with Trumbull St. Cross Trumbull St and keep walking straight until you reach the entrance of Bushnell Park. Corning Fountain is located at the end of Horace Bushnell Promenade in Bushnell Park. Enjoy the beautiful views and take some time to relax by the fountain.

You can take the CT Transit bus system to get closer to Corning Fountain. Locate the nearest bus stop in Downtown Hartford. Bus routes 30, 32, and 34 all service the area. Board the bus heading toward the Main St. and Trumbull St. stop. The fare is $1.75, and you can pay with cash or a prepaid card. Once you disembark, head south on Main St., and walk toward Bushnell Park. Cross Trumbull St, and you will find Corning Fountain at the end of Horace Bushnell Promenade.
