From downtown New Haven, board the CT Transit bus route 228 at the nearest bus stop. Ensure the bus is heading towards the Prospect Hill area. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Cliff Street. Once you disembark, walk a short distance along Cliff Street, and you will find Edgerton Park at 75 Cliff St.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown New Haven. Head north on Church Street, then turn left onto Chapel Street. Continue straight, crossing State Street and passing the New Haven Green. As you approach Prospect Street, turn right and bike along Prospect Street.
