Start at the New Haven Green, which is centrally located. From the Green, walk to the nearby bus stop at 195 Church St. Take the CT Transit bus Route 224 towards East Haven. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Pardee Seawall' or 'East Haven Shoreline.' From there, it is a short walk to the Pardee Seawall.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the bike-sharing stations around downtown New Haven. Head east on Chapel Street until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn right onto State Street and continue until you reach the East Shore neighborhood. Follow the local bike paths to reach Pardee Seawall, which is located along the shoreline.
