Bus

From Norwalk, head to the Norwalk Transit bus stop at the Norwalk Mall. Take the Route 5 bus towards Stamford. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 1st Street and Dock Street in Yonkers. From there, walk east on Dock Street for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Van Der Donck Park, located at 41 Dock St.
Train

Walk to the South Norwalk Station (about 15 minutes from downtown Norwalk). Take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Yonkers Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once you arrive, exit the station and take the Bee-Line Bus BxM4C towards White Plains and get off at the stop at 1st Street and Dock Street. Walk east on Dock Street for about 5 minutes to reach Van Der Donck Park.
Walking

If you are near the Norwalk River Valley Trail, you can follow the trail north towards Yonkers. The trail leads you through scenic views, and after about 1.5 to 2 hours of walking, you will reach the area near Dock Street. Once you are in the vicinity, head east on Dock Street for about 10 minutes to arrive at Van Der Donck Park.
