Getting There

  • Bus

    From Stamford, head to the Stamford Transit Center located at 1 Washington Blvd. Take the NJ Transit bus #167 towards New York Port Authority. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Fort Lee stop. From there, walk towards Hudson Terrace, which is a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Fort Lee Historic Park.

  • Train and Bus

    Start at the Stamford Train Station at 1 Station Place. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards Hoboken. Alight at Secaucus Junction. From Secaucus Junction, transfer to the NJ Transit bus #190 or #164 towards Fort Lee. Once you reach Fort Lee, disembark at the nearest stop to Hudson Terrace. The park entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.

  • Walking

    If you are already in downtown Stamford, you can take a scenic walk to the Fort Lee Historic Park. Head north on Atlantic Street, then turn right onto Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the ferry terminal and cross over to the New Jersey side. From there, follow the Hudson River to Hudson Terrace. This route will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours but offers beautiful views along the way.
