From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Station located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Stay on the train for about 25 minutes until you reach the 125th Street station in Manhattan. Once you arrive at 125th Street, exit the station and head east on 125th Street towards Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and walk about 0.5 miles (approximately 10 minutes) until you reach the Audubon Terrace Historic District at 3718 Broadway.

From Yonkers, locate the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus system. You can take the Bx15 bus heading towards the 125th Street and 7th Avenue. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at 125th Street, transfer to the M100 or M101 bus going towards the Bronx and get off at the stop at Broadway. From there, walk south on Broadway for about 0.2 miles (approximately 5 minutes) to reach the Audubon Terrace Historic District at 3718 Broadway.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the Yonkers Waterfront. Head south on Water Grant Street until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left on Main Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Warburton Avenue. Take Warburton Avenue south until you reach the Yonkers Metro-North Station. From there, follow the subway directions to get to the Audubon Terrace Historic District.
