Public Transportation
From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at 125th Street Station in Manhattan. Once you exit the train, walk north on 12th Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach W 125th St. Turn right onto W 125th St and walk for another 2 minutes. The Adam Clayton Powell Jr State Office Building will be on your left at 163 W 125th St.

Head to the White Plains Bus Terminal. Take the Bee-Line Bus #60 towards the Bronx. After about 35 minutes, get off at the 125th St & 7th Ave stop. From there, walk west on 125th St for about 5 minutes. The Adam Clayton Powell Jr State Office Building will be located at 163 W 125th St on your left.
