Start at the Stamford Transportation Center, which is easily accessible by local buses or by walking from various spots in downtown Stamford. From the Transportation Center, take the Metro-North train heading toward New Haven and get off at the Old Greenwich Station. The train ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Old Greenwich Station, exit the station and head southeast on Sound Beach Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tod's Driftway. Turn left onto Tod's Driftway, and you will see the entrance to Greenwich Point Park approximately half a mile down the road on your right.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services in Stamford. Start from the Stamford downtown area and head east towards the waterfront. Follow the bike paths along the coast, keeping towards the west side of the Long Island Sound. Continue cycling until you reach Tod's Driftway. Turn right onto Tod's Driftway, and the entrance to Greenwich Point Park will be on your left, just past the residential area.
