Getting There

  • Train

    From Stamford, head to the Stamford Transportation Center located at 30 Station Place. You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Once you reach the Transportation Center, purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Railroad to New York City. Board a train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take around 45 minutes. After arriving at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 2 or 3 subway line (red line) towards Harlem. Get off at 116th St station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to 145 W 122nd St #1. Exit the station and head west on 116th St, then turn left on Amsterdam Ave, and finally turn right onto W 122nd St.

  • Bus

    From Stamford, walk to the Stamford Transportation Center. Look for the Metro-North bus service or a local bus that heads towards New York City. You can take the CT Transit bus route that goes to Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. Once you arrive at Port Authority, you can walk to the nearby 42nd St subway station. Take the 2 or 3 subway line (red line) towards Harlem and get off at 116th St station. Walk west on 116th St, turn left on Amsterdam Ave, and then turn right onto W 122nd St to reach your destination.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Stamford. Ride towards the Stamford Transportation Center and then take the scenic route along the waterfront to the Metro-North station. From there, board the train to Grand Central Terminal in NYC. After arriving, you can rent another bike or use a bike-sharing service to ride up to Harlem. Cycle along 42nd St, then head north on 7th Ave until you reach 116th St, then turn right onto W 122nd St.
