If you are starting from Stamford's downtown area, head southeast on Main Street toward Atlantic Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles. At the intersection with Broad Street, turn right and walk for a short distance until you reach the Stamford Transportation Center. Here, you can catch the Metro-North Railroad train heading toward New Haven. Get off at the next stop, which is the Stamford East station. From there, exit the station and walk east along Elmcroft Road for about 0.3 miles until you reach Kosciuszko Park at 200 Elmcroft Rd.
