If you're starting from downtown Stamford, head south on Main Street towards the Stamford Train Station. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Atlantic Street. Continue on Atlantic Street until you reach the intersection with Shippan Avenue. Turn right onto Shippan Avenue and continue straight for about 1.5 miles. You will see signs for West Beach as you approach. The entrance to West Beach will be on your right.
