From the Harbor Point neighborhood, head northwest on S Water St toward W Main St. Continue on W Main St for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with West Avenue. Turn left onto West Avenue and walk for approximately 0.6 miles. Look for signs pointing to Westover Road, and turn right onto Westover Road. After another 0.4 miles, you will find Fort Stamford on your left at 900 Westover Rd. The entire walk should take you around 25-30 minutes.

From Harbor Point, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the intersection of S Water St and W Main St. Catch the CT Transit Bus Route 10 towards the Stamford Transportation Center. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop for West Avenue after the intersection with Westover Road. From there, it is a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) to Fort Stamford, located at 900 Westover Rd. Ensure you check the bus schedule for exact timings. The bus fare is approximately $1.75.
