    If you are in downtown Stamford, you can take the Metro-North bus services. Head to the Stamford Transportation Center and look for the bus stop marked for the local buses. You can take the CTrides Bus 41 towards High Ridge Road. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop at 'High Ridge Road and Long Ridge Road.' From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles north along High Ridge Road. The Stamford History Center will be on your left at 1508 High Ridge Rd.
