From Hartford, take I-84E to Exit 73, follow Route 190E to Union, CT, then follow Route 171 directly to the fairgrounds. From Worcester and New London, take I-395S or 395N to Exit 47, follow Route 44W to Putnam, CT, then turn west on Route 171; the fairgrounds are about 4.5 miles from that intersection. Parking is available in privately managed lots near the fairgrounds for around $10.
