Walking
From any location in Avarua, head towards the main road, Ara Tapu. If you're near the Avarua Market, start walking south on Ara Tapu. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Ara Tapu, heading towards the southern part of the island. After approximately 500 meters, you will see Antipodes Rarotonga on your left. The restaurant is located in the Pokoinu-I-Raro Tapere area, just a short walk from the main road.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Avarua and cycle south on Ara Tapu. Follow the same route as if you were walking, maintaining a straight line for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to continue on Ara Tapu. After cycling for another 500 meters, you'll find Antipodes Rarotonga on your left. Bicycling is a great way to enjoy the scenery along the way.
