Begin your journey at the center of Avarua, near the main bus stop. Head west on Ara Tapu (the main road). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the beach. At this intersection, turn left onto the road towards the beach. Follow this road for another 500 meters until you see signs directing you to Black Rock. As you approach, you will see a small path leading down to the rocks. Follow this path down to access the Black Rock area.
