If you have access to a bicycle, start from Muri and ride north on Ara Metua. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. As you get closer to Avarua, enjoy the pleasant ride along the coast. Look for signs pointing towards Avatiu Harbor; Raro Reef Sub is situated near the harbor, and the route is mostly flat, making it an easy ride.
