Getting There

Walking
From the center of Muri, head northwest towards the main road (Ara Tapu). Walk along the road for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Continue straight until you pass the roundabout. After the roundabout, keep walking for another 5 minutes. You will see Maire Nui Gardens and Cafe on your right side. The entrance is marked clearly with a sign.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Muri Beach area and ride towards Ara Tapu. Follow the road northwest, keeping an eye out for local traffic. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes. Once you reach the roundabout, go straight for another 5 minutes until you reach Maire Nui Gardens and Cafe, which will be on your right.

Catch a local bus from the Muri bus stop. Buses run frequently in the area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Takitumu District stop, which is the closest stop to Maire Nui Gardens and Cafe. From the bus stop, it’s about a 5-minute walk; head east on Ara Tapu, and the cafe will be on your left.
