Bus
From Avarua, the capital of Rarotonga, take the local bus service heading south towards Muri. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Titikaveka Beach. The bus fare is approximately NZD 5, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Buses depart every 30 minutes. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the beach entrance.

Taxis are available on Rarotonga but are best pre-booked by phone. Several companies operate, including PriceTaxis (+682 57303), Dorothy's Taxi (+682 21400), and AJ Taxi Services (+682 22592). A taxi from Avarua to Titikaveka costs approximately NZ$24-29. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Taxis offer a direct and quick way to reach the beach.

From Avarua, drive south on Ara Tapu Road (the main road) for about 10 kilometers. Pass through Nikao and Arorangi. Look for signs indicating Titikaveka Beach. The beach is on the left side of the road. Free parking is available near the beach entrance, though spaces are limited. Street parking is also an option.
