Public Transport
From anywhere on Rarotonga's main road (Ara Tapu), catch either the Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise bus. These buses run regularly throughout the day, except for limited service on Sundays. Ask the driver to be dropped off near Tikioki. From the main road, walk inland on Tereru Road; Raela Villas will be on your right. A single bus fare is NZ$5.

Taxis are available on Rarotonga but are not typically hailed from the roadside. It's best to pre-book a taxi by phone. From the airport to Tikioki, expect to pay around NZ$40-45 per person. From Avarua, a taxi may cost NZ$15-20. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

From Ngatangiia Beach, walk east along the beach path until you reach Ara Tapu Road. Turn left onto Ara Tapu and walk approximately 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Tikioki Road, then left onto Tereru Road. Raela Villas will be on your right at the end of Tereru Road. This is approximately a 20-minute walk.
