Car
From Rarotonga Airport, head south on the main road (Ara Tapu) towards Avarua. Continue on Ara Tapu for about 10 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout near the Avarua township, take the first exit to stay on Ara Tapu. After about 1 kilometer, look for the entrance to Wigmore's Waterfall, which is located on the left side of the road. There is a small parking area available. Please note that there might be a small entrance fee of approximately 5 NZD per person.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Avarua to the Wigmore's Waterfall area. Buses run regularly along the main road (Ara Tapu). Ensure to tell the bus driver your destination, as they can drop you off at the nearest point. The bus fare is approximately 5 NZD. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance along the path towards the waterfall. Keep an eye out for signage that directs you to the entrance.
