From Rarotonga International Airport (RAR), a taxi is a convenient way to reach Rumours Luxury Villas and Spa. Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal. The ride to Muri Beach typically takes around 15-20 minutes. Expect to pay around NZ$40-45 for a fixed-rate fare to Muri. Some taxi companies include: PriceTaxis (Dial 133 or +682 57303), Dorothy's Taxi (+682 21400 or +682 52355).

Public Transport
The public bus is an affordable option. From the airport, take either the Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise bus towards Muri Beach. The bus ride takes approximately 50 minutes to circle the island. A single ride costs NZ$5. The bus operates from Monday to Saturday, with limited service on Sundays. The clockwise bus departs from Cook's Corner in Avarua on the hour, every hour, from 7 am to 10 pm, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, it runs from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. The Anticlockwise bus also leaves from Cook's Corner but on the half-hour. It operates from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.
