Car
From the central areas of the Brunca Region, such as San Isidro de El General, head northwest on Route 2 (Interamericana). Continue on this road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Quepos. Once in Quepos, follow signs to Manuel Antonio National Park, which is located about 7 kilometers southwest of Quepos. Look for signs directing you to the park entrance. Note that parking at the park may incur a fee, typically around $4 - $5 per day.

To reach Manuel Antonio National Park using public transportation, first make your way to the main bus terminal in San Isidro de El General. Take a bus headed to Quepos, which runs frequently throughout the day. The bus ride takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Quepos, you can catch a local bus or a taxi to Manuel Antonio National Park, which is about 7 kilometers away. The local bus fare is usually around $1. Be sure to check bus schedules as they can vary, especially on weekends.
