If you're driving, start from Uvita town center. Head southeast on Route 34 (Costanera Sur) towards Dominical. After approximately 4.5 km, turn right onto Route 245 towards San Isidro de El General. Follow Route 245 for about 10 km until you see signs for Oro Verde Reserve. Take the left turn onto the gravel road leading to the reserve. Please note that the road may be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

From Uvita, you can take a bus heading to San Isidro de El General. The bus departs from the Uvita bus terminal and costs around 1,500-2,000 CRC. Inform the driver you’re going to Oro Verde Reserve; they might drop you off nearby. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km along the gravel road to reach the reserve.
