Car
From La Fortuna Waterfall, head northwest on Route 142. Continue for approximately 10 km until you reach the intersection with Route 126. Turn right onto Route 126 and follow it for about 18 km. Look for signs towards Bajos del Toro. After passing through the town of Bajos del Toro, continue for 6 km north of the Iglesia Toro Amarillo. The Blue Falls of Costa Rica will be on your left. There is a parking area available for visitors.

From La Fortuna, take a local bus heading towards Bajos del Toro. The bus stop is located near the central park in La Fortuna. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Bajos del Toro, you will need to take a taxi or arrange a local shuttle to reach the Blue Falls, which is about 6 km from the bus stop. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting the journey.
