From Puerto Jiménez Airport (PJM), the most convenient way to reach Four Monkeys Eco Lodge is by taxi. Taxis are usually available upon arrival, or the lodge can arrange a pickup. The drive to the lodge takes approximately 45 minutes. Expect to pay around $40 - $50 for the trip. Be sure to confirm the price with the driver before departing.

Alternatively, you can take the colectivo (shared taxi) from Puerto Jiménez to Carate, which passes by Cabo Matapalo. The colectivo departs Puerto Jiménez at 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM, passing Matapalo about an hour later. The fare is approximately $4 per person. From the Matapalo drop-off point, you may need to walk or arrange for a local transfer to reach the lodge, which is located in Playa Tamales.
