Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Playa Flamingo at the main beach area. Head southeast towards the main road (Route 180). Follow the signs for Playa Potrero. Once you reach Playa Potrero, continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 21. Turn left onto Route 21 and follow it for about 12 kilometers. Watch for signs indicating Parque Nacional Santa Rosa, which will be on your left. The entrance is well-marked, and you should see the park's facilities as you approach.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Playa Flamingo. Begin your ride by heading towards the main road (Route 180) and then follow it southeast. As you approach Playa Potrero, continue straight until you reach the Route 21 junction. Turn left onto Route 21, and cycle for approximately 12 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs to Parque Nacional Santa Rosa on your left. The route is scenic, and you'll have the chance to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way.

Public Transport (Bus)
Locate the nearest bus stop in Playa Flamingo, which is typically near the main beach area. Look for buses heading towards Liberia or Huacas. Board the bus and inform the driver you want to go to Parque Nacional Santa Rosa. The bus will take you along Route 21. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the park entrance. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at the park, as the stop is near the entrance.
