Getting There

Walking
From the center of Puerto Viejo, head east on Calle 225. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main road (Route 256). Turn left onto Route 256 and walk for about 500 meters. Look for signs pointing towards Punta Cocles on your right. Turn onto the road leading to Punta Cocles and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. Ride The Rainforest will be on your left, just past the entrance to Playa Cocles.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Puerto Viejo. Start by heading east on Calle 225 towards Route 256. Once you reach Route 256, turn left and cycle for about 500 meters. Look for the sign for Punta Cocles on your right. Turn onto the Punta Cocles road and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Ride The Rainforest will be on your left, right after the Playa Cocles entrance.

Public Transport
Catch a bus to Punta Cocles from the bus stop on the main road (Route 256) in Puerto Viejo. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Inform the driver you want to get off at Punta Cocles. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Punta Cocles, disembark and walk back towards the entrance of Playa Cocles. Ride The Rainforest will be located on your left side.
