From San José, head to the nearest bus terminal, Terminal 7-10. Look for buses heading to Cartago, which is a common route. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cartago bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the main street (Avenida 1). Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you see the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles on your left.
