Driving
From Liberia Airport (LIR), take the main two-lane highway and turn right towards Sardinal after 10km. After the gas station, turn left near the Congo Trail billboard and RIU sign. Continue straight for approximately 10km until you reach the soccer field at Colon. Drive around it and turn left onto a small dirt road (4x4 recommended). Continue for about 25 minutes until you reach Potrero town, pass Marco Polo restaurant, and continue to the soccer field. Drive around the soccer field, turn right following the Las Catalinas sign, and drive for 10 minutes until you see the entrance to the Green House restaurant and Pura Vida Ride at Las Catalinas. Casa Chameleon is perched on top of the hill just before the town of Las Catalinas. Note that mandatory car insurance is required when renting a car. Parking is free upon arrival.

Taxis are readily available at Liberia Airport (LIR). A taxi to Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. The estimated fare is around $125. Alternatively, arrange a private shuttle service from the airport for a more comfortable and convenient transfer. Uber is also an option in the Guanacaste area, but availability may vary.
