Bus
From the Old Town of Dubrovnik, walk to the main bus station located at Pile Gate. Once there, look for the bus stop for local buses heading to Cavtat. Take bus number 10, which operates frequently. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on the bus route signs to confirm you are on the right bus. Get off at the bus stop labeled 'Cavtat'. From the bus stop, walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Plaža Cavtat, which is just a short 5-minute walk along the coast.
Ferry
Head to the Dubrovnik Port located near the Old Town. Look for the ferry service to Cavtat, which is a scenic option to reach your destination. Purchase a ticket at the ferry terminal and board the ferry heading to Cavtat. The ride takes about 35 minutes, providing beautiful views of the coastline. Once you arrive at the Cavtat ferry terminal, exit and walk towards the main beach area, which is a 10-minute stroll. Follow the signs to Plaža Cavtat, located on Put Tihe.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are staying in a nearby area such as Mlini or Srebreno, you can walk to Cavtat along the coastal path. Start from your accommodation and follow the signs leading to Cavtat. The scenic route takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Once you arrive in Cavtat, head towards the waterfront and you will find Plaža Cavtat along Put Tihe.
