    Balbi's Arch is located in the heart of Rovinj's Old Town, easily accessible on foot from most points in the city. From Trg Marsala Tita (main square), walk north towards the waterfront. The arch is situated at the end of Trg G. Matteottija, where the Old Town begins. There is no fee to access the arch.

    Public Transport

    Rovinj doesn't have traditional public transportation like buses within the city center. However, if arriving by bus from other cities, the Rovinj bus station is located a short walk from the Old Town. From the bus station, walk north towards the waterfront and follow signs for the city center and Trg G. Matteottija. The arch will be visible at the entrance to the Old Town. A single bus ticket from Pula to Rovinj costs approximately €7.40.

    Parking is limited in the Old Town. Several parking lots are available outside the city center, including Parking Monvi. From Parking Monvi, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town and Balbi's Arch. Parking costs approximately €1 per hour or €7 per day. Parking Karolina near the amphitheater charges approximately €4 per hour. Be prepared for a walk, as parking close to the arch is very limited.
