From the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade until you reach the Makarska Marina. Continue walking along the waterfront until you see the signs for the bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor). It's about a 15-minute walk from the center.

At the Makarska bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading towards Žrnovo. The bus ride is approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary throughout the day.

Once you arrive at the Žrnovo bus stop, disembark and look for signs directing you to Posebni rezervat šumske vegetacije Kočje. Head west on the main road, following the signs.
