If you're driving from Rovinj, start by heading northwest on the D21 road toward the town of Bale. Continue on the D21, passing through Bale and heading toward the town of Kanfanar. Once you reach Kanfanar, take the D303 road towards the town of Motovun. Follow the signs for Motovun, and after approximately 15 kilometers, you will arrive in Motovun. Look for Unnamed Road, where the Parenzana tunnel is located, just outside the main village area.

To reach the Motovun Parenzana tunnel by public transport, first take a bus from Rovinj to Poreč. Buses run frequently and you can check the schedule at the Rovinj bus station. Once you arrive in Poreč, transfer to a bus heading to Motovun. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. After arriving in Motovun, exit the bus and walk towards the center of the village. Follow the signs to Unnamed Road, where the Parenzana tunnel is located, which is a short walk from the main square.
