You will find the entrance to the stairs near the 'Cafe Tkalča'. Ascend the stairs, and as you reach the top, continue straight ahead. Lotrščak Tower is located at Strossmayerovo šetalište 9, just a short walk from the top of the stairs. The tower will be visible as you approach, and it's surrounded by beautiful views of the city.
