From Morphou Bay, head east on the E1 highway towards Nicosia. After approximately 20 km, take the exit towards Larnaca/Athienou and merge onto the E92. Continue for about 15 km, then take the exit towards Lazanias. Follow the signs to the Holy Monastery of Panagia Machaira, which is located in the Lazanias area. The last stretch will be on local roads, be sure to follow the directional signs as they become more frequent as you near the monastery. The total driving time should be around 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.
