Ensure you have reliable GPS or a map as signage can be limited in the forest.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus from Paphos to Polis Chrysochous. The bus service X1 operates daily and will take you to the main bus station in Polis. From there, you will need to take a taxi to reach the hiking trail at Stavros tis Psokas, as public transport does not directly serve the trailhead. Expect to pay approximately €15-€20 for the taxi ride. Be sure to arrange for a return taxi, as there may not be services available in the area.

If you prefer biking, you can cycle from Paphos to Stavros tis Psokas along the E709 road. The journey is approximately 30 km and will take you through scenic views of Paphos Forest.
