From Limassol, take the A1 highway towards Paphos, then follow signs to the Troodos Mountains. Exit the highway and follow the road towards Agios Amvrosios. The winery is located in the village and is well signposted. Parking is available on-site. Note that roads in the Troodos Mountains can be winding and narrow. Car rentals are available in Limassol, with prices starting around €25 per day.

Take the Line 40 bus from Limassol to Agios Amvrosios. The bus departs from Archiepiskopou Leontiou A´ - Filiou Zanettou and arrives at Agios Amvrosios Community Board 2. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs $3. From the Agios Amvrosios Community Board 2, it is a short walk to Zambartas Wineries. The bus operates every two hours.
