Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From the center of České Budějovice, head to the main bus station located at Nádražní 1759/1. Take bus number 400 towards Jankov. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Holašovice' stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1 kilometer southwest along the main road (Holašovice 38) until you reach the Stonehenge Holašovice site. Look for the iconic stone circle, which should be visible from the road.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in the city. Start from the city center and head towards the Vltava river, following the bike path along the riverbank. Continue on the bike path until you reach the outskirts of the city. Follow the signs to Jankov, which is approximately 12 kilometers away. Once in Jankov, follow the signs to Holašovice, and you will find the Stonehenge Holašovice site at Holašovice 38.
