    If you are driving, start by heading towards Jelenia Góra. From the center of Cesky Raj, take the D35 highway towards Liberec. Continue on the D35 for about 30 km until you reach the junction with the S3 highway. Merge onto S3 towards Jelenia Góra. Stay on S3 for approximately 15 km. Take exit 2 towards Jelenia Góra, and follow the signs for Cieplicka Street. Continue straight for about 2 km until you see Karkonosze National Park on your right at Cieplicka 196.

    To reach Karkonosze National Park using public transport, take a train from Turnov to Liberec. Trains run frequently, approximately every hour. Once in Liberec, transfer to a bus heading towards Jelenia Góra (look for buses operated by PKS Jelenia Góra). The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Upon arriving in Jelenia Góra, disembark at the bus stop 'Cieplicka' which is close to the park. From the bus stop, walk down Cieplicka Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance at Cieplicka 196.
