Take exit 2-Dresden-Neustadt toward B6. Continue on B6, following signs for the city center (Zentrum). Once in Dresden, follow signs to Martin-Luther-Platz. The Ev.-Luth. Kirchspiel Dresden-Neustadt will be located at Martin-Luther-Platz 5, where you can easily park in nearby public parking areas, which may charge a fee of around €1-€2 per hour.
