Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Bad Schandau. Head onto the B172 highway towards the northeast. After approximately 1 kilometer, look for signs for Kuhstallstraße and turn onto it. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach Schneider's Hole, which is located on your left side. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a small fee (around €2 for a few hours).

Public Transportation
To reach Schneider's Hole by public transport, take the S-Bahn line S1 from Dresden to Bad Schandau. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Bad Schandau station, exit the station and head to the bus stop located just outside. Take bus number 241 towards 'Schmilka' and get off at the 'Kuhstall' stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Schneider's Hole along Kuhstallstraße.

If you are already near the area and prefer to walk, from the center of Bad Schandau, head onto Elbstrasse and follow the river for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you reach the Kuhstallstraße intersection, turn left. Schneider's Hole is about 1 kilometer down this road. This walk takes approximately 30 minutes and is a scenic route along the river.
