Public Transport - Tram
If you're starting from the city center, make your way to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Hlavní nádraží'. Board tram number 1 heading towards 'Svinov'. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Mírové náměstí' stop. From there, transfer to tram number 4 towards 'Ostrava-Poruba'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Landek Park'. The Hornické muzeum, bývalý Důl Anselm is a short walk from the tram stop. Head down the hill towards 'Pod Landekem' street and follow the signs to the museum.

If you're near the 'Ostrava Střed' train station, you can catch bus number 29 towards 'Ostrava-Dubina'. It takes around 20 minutes to reach 'Pod Landekem' stop. Once you get off, walk down the street towards the museum, which is located at 'Pod Landekem 64'. You should see the entrance to the museum within a few minutes.

From the city center, you can also choose to walk to Hornické muzeum, bývalý Důl Anselm. Start at 'Masarykovo náměstí' and head southeast towards 'Národní třída'. Continue on 'Národní třída' until you reach 'Pod Landekem'. The museum is located at number 64. This walk will take approximately 40-50 minutes, and you can enjoy the sights of Ostrava along the way.
