Walk about 5 minutes uphill along Norbertov street to reach St. Norbert.

If you are near Prague Castle, start walking down to 'Loretánská' street towards 'Hradčanské náměstí'. Continue straight to 'Hradčanská' tram stop. From there, take tram number 22 towards 'Bílá Hora' and get off at 'Norbertov' (4 stops). Walk up Norbertov street for about 5 minutes. St. Norbert will be on your left.
