Car
From Blackbird State Forest, head south on Blackbird Landing Road. Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 13. Turn right onto Route 13 South. After approximately 8 miles, take the exit toward Smyrna. Merge onto Smyrna-Leipsic Road and follow it for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Whitehall Neck Road, and continue for about 2 miles. Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge will be on your left at 2591 Whitehall Neck Road, Smyrna, DE 19977. Parking is available on-site.
