Delaware's first Boundless Playground offers inclusive play for children of all abilities in a safe, sensory-rich environment within Alapocas Run State Park.
The Can-Do Playground in Wilmington's Alapocas Run State Park is a 27,000 sq ft. inclusive play space designed for children of all abilities. Opened in 2007, it features accessible play surfaces, sensory stations, and varied equipment, ensuring every child can play and explore.

Driving
From I-95, take exit 8B for US-202 N toward Concord Pike. Continue on US-202 N for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Weldin Road. The Can-Do Playground will be on your right, located at 4361 Weldin Rd. Parking is available on-site. A daily entrance fee is required for non-Delaware residents from March 1 to November 30: $8.00 per vehicle for Delaware residents and $4 for out-of-state vehicles.
Public Transport
From the Wilmington Train Station, take the DART First State bus Route 64 towards Brandywine Town Center. Get off at the 'Route 202 & Weldin Rd' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk north on Weldin Rd to the playground. A single ride on DART First State buses costs $2.00.
