If you are starting from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, head south on the boardwalk until you reach the end. At the end of the boardwalk, turn left onto Wilmington Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 10 blocks. Henlopen City Oyster House will be on your left at 50 Wilmington Ave. Look for the entrance with outdoor seating and a sign that says 'Henlopen City Oyster House'.

If you have a bicycle, you can ride along the Rehoboth Beach bike path. Start from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and head south. When you reach the intersection of Wilmington Avenue, make a left turn. Continue riding on Wilmington Avenue for about 10 blocks. The restaurant will be on your left at 50 Wilmington Ave. There is bike parking available outside.
