Paper Mill Park is located at 1050 Paper Mill Rd, Newark, DE 19711. From I-95, take exit 3 for DE-273 toward Newark. Follow DE-273 W and DE-72 N to Paper Mill Rd. The park will be on your left. There are multiple parking lots available within the park.
