Driving
Bellevue State Park is accessible by car from I-95. From I-95 North or South, take Exit 9 (Marsh Road). From the North, turn left onto Marsh Road, then left again onto Carr Road. From the South, turn left onto Carr Road. The park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right. From I-495 North, take exit #4 Edgemoor, bear right on the ramp, turn right onto Edgemoor Rd, then right onto Marsh Rd, and finally right onto Carr Rd. Parking is available within the park. Entrance fees are in effect from March 1 through November 30: $4 daily for Delaware residents and $8 for non-residents. Annual passes are available.
Public Transport
While public transportation directly to Bellevue State Park is limited, you can take a bus to Wilmington and then a taxi or ride-sharing service to the park. From the Wilmington Transit Center, a taxi or ride-share to Bellevue State Park will cost approximately $15-$25, depending on traffic and demand.
